Quotations – Work stated by GTF and accepted in writing by the client shall form the basis of the contract between GTF and the client.  Any additional or change of work required by the client will be priced and agreed by both parties prior to starting. Quotes are valid for up to 30 days, any time after that may require a re-work of the original price.

Inflation – Yearly contracts are subject to an annual increase. GTF will inform all clients of price changes at least 30 days prior to any changes.

Invoicing – All invoices will be sent at the end of the working week and payment terms will be stated on the invoice.

Changes to these terms and conditions – GTF has the right to change any of the terms and conditions at any time. Should any changes be made, clients will be informed.

Materials and fittings – All materials used shall remain property of GTF and shall not pass to the client until the price has been paid in full by the client.

Weather – GTF will ensure that all jobs are delivered on time but may be delayed with poor weather conditions.  Should there be any delays, GTF will inform the client. 

Site Safety – It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the area to be maintained is safe and clear of any objects that can cause damage to machinery where possible, and to point out in writing any known hazards. Any damages to equipment caused by objects in the work area may incur charges.

Client responsibilities – The client should make sure that the site of intended work is free of any obstructions on arrival that is not listed in the job details. This can include but not limited to vehicles in the way, clients being out with no instruction on work, locked gates, rubbish, litter, piles of rubble and dog mess. Any delays or follow up visits caused by these problems may be charged. 

Client satisfaction –The client will inform GTF of any issues or concerns arising from the day that the work has been carried out within 24hrs of completion. After this time GTF will take it as an indication that the client was satisfied of the work carried out. Any matters arising within the 24 hours from the job completion will be dealt with accordingly.
